What Happens After You Contact Me (The Sacred Flow Intake Process)

My goal is to make the process of securing your doula and educator seamless, respectful, and clear. Please note: All logistical needs—including initial scheduling, communication, and billing—are managed securely through my Raya Health portal. Here is what you can expect:

Step 1: Initial Inquiry & Quick Check

You will use the contact form on this site (or email me directly) to share your name, EDD, and a brief note about why you are seeking specialized support. I will respond within 48 hours to confirm my availability. At that point, you have two choices: You may use the direct link to my Raya Health booking site to schedule your consultation, or you may follow the link under the Book Now button at the top of this page to bypass the consultation and move straight to booking.

Step 2: The Complimentary Consultation (Optional)

This 30-minute virtual consultation is offered to ensure we have a good spiritual and energetic fit for a trusting relationship. If you already feel aligned with my services and wish to secure your due date, you may skip this step and proceed directly to Step 3 via the Raya Health booking link.

Step 3: Formal Intake & Paperwork

If we decide to move forward (or if you choose to bypass the consultation), you will be directed to complete your secure registration via the Raya Health client portal. Upon registration, Raya Health will automatically send you all necessary documents—including your Client Intake Form/Questionnaire, Release and Consent Forms, and HIPAA Notice—for your review and electronic signature.

Step 4: Final Booking & Scheduling

Once the contract is signed and the non-refundable retainer fee is processed via Raya Health (if you are a cash customer), your due date is officially reserved. We will then immediately schedule your prenatal sessions and begin your journey into the Sacred Flow!
